Official Promotional Synopsis:
Alien biosynthesized DNA factors which are growing at an alarming rate
threaten the existence of Starlab's crew. While returning from a patrol
flight, Capts. Graydon and Griff salvage a small metallic space capsule
that nearly collides with their ship. They bring it back to base where the
capsule opens exposing what seem to be computer chips containing the DNA
factors. As they begin their runaway growth, we realize that, left
unchecked, the alien organisms will soon destroy all life aboard Starlab.
The Story:
Buddy and Jon find a UFO. As they pull along side it, the UFO
matches their speed and direction. The UFO contains some kind of gelatin
that seems to have a heart beat.
Editorial Comments:
Another reference to Sherlock Holmes as Buddy makes a joke that invokes the
mannerisms of Sherlock.
The pilot of Lunar Shuttle 10 talks like Jimmy Stuart.
